If you have stopped by the website - Congratulations! You have made the first step in helping yourself. My approach to therapy is goal directed and straight forward. I believe that no two people experience problems in the exact same way, so our work is based upon your individual needs. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities; however, the foundation of all my work is often times referred to as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where you can explore and resolve your feelings and experiences, without feeling judgment, blame, or shame. There are no right or wrong feelings - rather emotions and situations that we can work through together to resolve what you have identified as areas of focus.

The office is conveniently located off of Camino
Real. It is in the Fresh Market Plaza above Piccolino Restaurant. It is easily accessible from all local roadways, just west of Dixie Highway.
Traveling East to the office:
1- East on Camino Real
2- Straight at light onto SW 2nd Ave
(You will see the plaza in front of you— that is the intersection where you would go to left to stay on Camino and get to the ocean).
3- Left into plaza parking lot- and then a right . There is a glass door marked 200 W Camino Real.
Take elevator to waiting room on second floor.
Traveling West to the office:
1- West on Camino Real (easiest from Federal Highway or Dixie Ave).
2- Left on SW 2nd Ave at light (where Camino veers to right). You will see the plaza on your left before you turn.
3-Left into plaza- and then a right. There is a glass door marked 200 West Camino Real. Take elevator to waiting room on the second floor.
